Want to be slim?



That is the most thing people want for their body, I believe but many of them do not really know the correct way or they went end up half way or worst. It is actually as easy as ABC to get a great body or healthier shape:


Activity - get sweat, do exercise regularly! Besides helps you reduce weight, it increases your stamina, mental and physical. 


Balanced Diet – Manage yourself with a good eating habits with balanced diet, lots of vege and fruits. Drink plenty of plain water and at least take five balanced meals spread over the day. Take your time chewing your food and enjoy the meal!


Consult your nutritionist or doctor for any supplementation advice to reduce your hunger spam, thus to get a good shape in natural and gentle way.

Supplementation, How to Start?

The basic ground for anyone to start with nutritional program which consists of protein and multi-vitamin/mineral supplements. Most of the experts agree that taking multi-vitamin/mineral is the best starter in replacing short or missing nutrients in your diet. We can see many of multi-vits on the shelves and not many of us know what is exactly behind those complex labels. Dr Bruce Miller have developed some cautions how to read the labels and to understand what do we exactly need, at least eliminating questionable products in the market today.

Food Supplementation

    I can say that not many of us realize what food supplementation is, in fact some of us assume that it is kind of diet weirdos. The worst part is, they choose, not to say the wrong way of supplementation but they do not know the fact reason to add food supplements in their diets. There are quite numbers of reference that we can refer to and not only that, there are also some of supplementation or nutrition short courses that we can attend. One of the reference that I can suggest is to read Dr. Bruce Miller’s book – Food Supplements, How to Begin. Dr. Miller is clinical, specialist, nutritionist and member of several health and nutrition institutions. This book is one of his Better Health series of health and wellness books.

What am I doing?

I wanted to create this blog long time ago but never had the chance since awhile. It is actually I want to share anything good about wellness that I know and understand. Why? Because I am serious with my health or at least realize on how importance to stay fit or healthy. How about your family, you beloved ones or people surrounding you or do you care for them or at least for yourself? If so let them know what you know or what you have as I am at least fulfill a social responsibility here.

There are bunch of information about health, wellness, medical industries, anywhere such as from internet, tv, radio, medias also from medical industries itself. Then it is up to us to get it understand, analyse the info if it is true fact or fraud and so to practice or believe it. Nowadays the flowing information is separated by true fact or fraud, like anyone can put anything on the net but it is on our responsibility to check it, despite digest it straight. I highly recommend if you find anything, it is better to check the source or make a reference to trusted or authorized party as in other hand, it is best to get second opinion.
